Every body is different, and so poses will look different on different people.\n8. Is yoga a good way to reduce stress?\nYes! Yoga is well-known for its calming effects. The combination of physical movement, breathwork, and mindfulness can help reduce stress and promote relaxation.\n10. Will I get sore after class?\nIt’s common to feel some muscle soreness, especially if you’re new to yoga or haven’t exercised in a while. This is a normal part of building strength and flexibility. Just listen to your body, and don’t push too hard!\n11. Should I talk to my instructor if I have any injuries?\nYes! Always inform your instructor about any injuries or health concerns before class so they can offer modifications or alternatives to certain poses.\n12. How can I make the most of my first yoga class?\nBe open-minded and patient with yourself.\nFocus on your breath and try not to worry about doing everything “perfectly.”\nRelax, enjoy the process, and remember: yoga is a journey, not a destination.\n
