Walking Group

This Tuesday, May 30th, the hiking group has two walks totaling three miles. Meet at the McFarlane Nature Center at 9 AM.  This 1.5-mile walk will be fairly level. There is a marked nature trail and collection of trees. At 10 AM we get a tour of buildings, including the chapel, at the Ignatius House Jesuit Retreat Center and their gardens. For those interested, we will then walk 1-1/2 miles of trails that are hilly, beautiful, and include sections by a creek and by the Chattahoochee River. Any questions? Call Jim Branan (404) 538-4867.
